That's harsh and to be honest unfair. Do you honestly think Moyes was the one doing the deals at OT? He was quoted throughout the summer saying he was waiting for an update on the Fabregas chase amoungst many others he wanted.

And by all accounts, it was Woodward who was inept and totally clueless in how to do a transfer.

Something else in Moyes defence, can you honestly blame him for dithering and being thoroughly sure of players before going all in?

He was given a very poor hand by our board and wasn't backed for pretty much his entire tenure.

He simply HAD to be careful because he had little dough to waste.

he got a few wrong as does every manager, but his dithering served him and US very well because he picked some absolute cracking bargains.

His transfer record stacks up against any other manager in the league.

Moyes dithered over Wilfried Bony. Badly. He had him watched about 15 times and he scored in about 10 of those games, yet cancelled a loan deal for him which had something like a £8m-£10m permanent clause.

Well signing players is somewhat of a treat to us toffee's.

U get a dominos every now and again you get exited about it. Get one every week and becomes yeah whatever!

This isn't even funny.

Mrs ij went out on Saturday and I raided the joint account for a Dominos, but felt guilty when ordering as i'm trying to tone up a little, so only ordered a small thing with no sides or anything. An utter utter waste of a Dominos.
