So just 56m then, seeing a Bale is still in his back pocket?

Is there examples of this? Not disagreeing, I'm just curious.
I would say McCarthy's strength is breaking up play (Brilliant at it) then giving to the nearest player whereas Besic can break up play (not as good) and is a good distributer of the ball. You would not see McCarthy being the main outlet as Besic was against Swansea and you don't see McCarthy making himself readily available to receive a pass at all times because he is keeping one eye on the opposition

Apart from the silly back heel to let Chelsea score I cannot see what he has done wrong. He is growing into the premier league very well. He doesn't shy from the ball and wants it at every opportunity (that is something McCarthy doesn't do). He is always looking for space to receive and he is actually looking for forward passes and attempts them if they are on. He switches play very well and against Swansea he was the outlet for players who were running into brick walls. He will only get better when he is more accustomed to the pace. Already looks a steal at 4m. He is perfect cover for Barry and McCarthy and I think is already at the level to step in to give either of them a break.
very impressed with him Saturday, looked to drive the game from the minute he came on.

I see.

Not that im arsed but Can was very highly regarded by Baryern Munich and didn't want to sell him. Besic was highly rated by erm Ferencvaros

Can went to Leverkusen, and their fans were happy to get £10 mil for him. He's a distinctly average player - he was poor whenever I watched him for Leverkusen last season.

Whether your an RS or a true blue I couldn't care less, but Besic has been highly impressive so far in the glimpses we've seen of him - bar the flick against Chelsea - and why (if you are a Blue) would you constantly slag him - and pretty much the entire squad/management - off, as you do.

Seems to me mate that if you are an RS, then you need to get a life. If not, how about try being a bit positive every once in a while. We're one of the best sides in the league, and if we get every one fully fit, not many will beat us this year. Our squad is equal to that of Spurs, Liverpool, United (from a defensive p.o.v). Just one or two pieces missing at the moment.

I love how fair minded us Everton fans are that we'd go to great lengths to defend red [Poor language removed] players who've played five minutes of football over our own players. It truly is remarkable.
