Naismith? Thoughts?

Not sure whats going on the last couple of pages, cba reading them tbh.

If people think this lad done well last night because he scored then im at a complete loss.

The lad is just 5hite. Genuinely 5hite. His positional sense is appauling, he struggles to pass 5 or 10 yards and his touch is woeful. Technically he is just terrible. Fitness and workrate are the bare minimum expectations for me from a millionaire pro athlete. Isnt it funny how the technically 5hite players are always the ones that just run around trying to work hard.

Seriously never want to see him in an everton shirt ever again. To balance that out, same goes for heitingha.

Tactically RM got that wrong last night. Too many changes and apart from the first 10/15 minutes - and the last 10/15 minutes, Fulham completely overran us. The match had that old Moyes sense of inevitability about it. You just knew it was only a matter of time till they scored.

Average to gash depending on the day

But his in last 3 games he's got 2 goals

So where does that leave McCarthy and his pretty high fee.... well below average to gash it would seem

Agreed, McCarthy has looked like he is struggling and atm looks out of his depth. But he is only a couple of weeks into his everton career.

Naismiths been here for over a year now, hes had a full pre season and hes still just awful.

He wasnt alone by any means last night, but this is a naismith thread and my thoughts are that hes nowhere near good enough on almost every level.

How many teams would he get into in or around us? None. Hes a lower mid/relegation prem player. Hull/Norwich etc

I don't think we will be seeing much of him in the league. as you have stated he is average at this level.

Only Naismith could score a goal and still get slated afterwards.

It's hilarious, people and their pathetic agendas.

Is it actually hilarious to you though? I prefer watching Monty Python or Little Britain or something for a laugh, does the anti Naismith agenda tickle your funny bone?

Other than his goal last night he contributed little, especially after the half hour mark.

I don't think I've ever seen him run at a full back and commit him.

And his distribution is awful, only Robles had a worse conversion rate last night.

In the league though, we know he should be nowhere near our starting 11 if everyone is fit and available

so your definition of a good footballer is if he scores a goal? Behave yourself mate.

Brett Angel scored every now and then!

There was one occasion in the first half towards the end when we were counter attacking and deulofeu was about 5 yards away running past him...he over hit the ball to the fulham defender. My 6 year old could have played the pass. He should have scored before he actually did but managed to hit it straight at the keeper.

The lad is dog5hit. Shouldnt even be on our bench in the prem. Sick and tired of 5hite players making a career at Everton because they run round for 90 minutes but have [Poor language removed] all technical ability
