Tbh Dave hates pretty much any of our managers that aren't Robert Martin, so...

Think he'll be alright personally, but time will tell.

Its not weird. Lampard said himself in one of his pressers that hes gotten a reputation for using young players, but that he disagrees with it, because he only does so if he deems them ready. Him not using Patterson is clearly because he doesnt deem him ready.
Im sure we’ll see him play soon enough, hes one for the future, not the right now and Im okay with that.

Problem is with us being in the championship and him still being one for the future? Also not suggesting we chuck him in I am saying he needs minutes at the end of games to be bedded in then the odd start expecting a 34 year old to play week in week out is asking alot...

It's even more glaring away from home our full backs Saturday couldn't get up and down we need to move towards Patterson and Mykolenko

I think the way Lampard does on the subject: he'll be better than Patterson at managing it.
