Not sure why there's any debate here.

Everyone agrees this a young lad with potential for whom we massively overpaid (as we have done generally under Moshiri).

He also has clear and abundant flaws to his game but very luckily for him has three of the best ever full backs in the Premier League's history to guide him.

For me he needs to be pulled from certain big games to allow Coleman in and let him develop this season.

This is such a bad post. Are you talking about Nathan Patterson? Christ

I don't think we overpaid in the slightest let alone massively. Admittedly some of the money we paid on him was potential but that's still not overpayment. The lad has speed, athleticism, attacking dynamism, height and aggression. In fact he has everything to make it as a top class footballer. That's why we paid the money we did. If a team were to come in for him right now it would have to be with a substantially higher bid than the £11-£16million we paid for him less than a year ago.

Edit: I still have doubts about him defensively. The last couple of games he has shown much improvement. My doubts will disappear once he has, say, a dozen good games defensively behind him.

Mate I hope and believe he'll come good but he has such glaring weaknesses at the moment he has to be handled carefully. Opposition teams will exploit it.

So we should play Seamus Coleman who has absolutely no weaknesses that the opposition will look to exploit and haven’t been specifically targeting and doubling up on that side for the past 3 years.

Eggsy my knowledge of the beautiful game is quite sufficient thank you!

Coleman has his weaknesses sure but it's horses for courses. Let's not forget Seamus was brilliant in his day. Carried the team and led with honour and respect.
