His last full game for us was the 2-2 draw at Sheff utd , the game he provided the assist for Danjuma.

Next game he was benched to make way for the woeful Young.

Since then he hasn't started and played 72 minutes over the last 5 games.

That is just suicide playing Young ahead of him instead of developing the lad through real game time.
Exactly, I keep repeating it but the most insightful thing I ever heard Wenger say was the true price you pay for young players is points.

Young players need to play to learn. You can argue the wisdom of relying on a younger player when you're battling relegation but we have no choice.

Whilst Coleman is injured, RB should be Patterson > Godfrey > Young.

I had serious doubts when we signed Young ( wish it was some one else ) but could see the logic of bringing in an "old hand" to help out with 2 young fullbacks as and when needed.
Both of them have had injuries ( Pattersons ) particularly bad ,so coupled with Seamus I sort of accepted it.

But to make Young 1st choice over 2 developing youngsters says more about the manager than anything else.

That's just it though, he isn't developing.

Two years of evidence underlines that. Which is why Dyche like other mangers before him haven't trusted him for a long run of games.

Injuries don't come into it ?
Not developing ?....never will when he gets 72 minutes in 5 games with possibly our worst ever signing being picked ahead of him by his mate.

Read the facts Dave

But you made your mind up a long time ago didn't you.
I honestly thought you were better than this.

He's played 27 games for us.

Its no use putting it down to me, I'm not the one out of position and watching on as the ball flies into the net, he is.

The vast majority of our supporters have no faith in him.

Why do you want to stop debate?
It’s not a debate though is it.

There’s no balanced view from you or the other poster. It’s that you don’t like him and don’t think he is good. No acknowledgement for anything good he does, or allowance for him to develop like Coleman got at his age.

And when evidence is brought forward, or difficult questions asked of you that will prove you wrong, you both just ignore it.

We get you don’t like him. But you spend an awful lot of your time commenting about the different ways you don’t like him.

He was actually injured when he signed for us.
A bad knee injury curtailed his season last year .

This season he started the 1st 4 games got an assist agst Sheff utd then benched for Dyches mate . Next 5 games 72 minutes in total , that is scandalous.

Out of position as the ball flies in haha that a knew one even for you .
ALL players have mistakes in them especially young developing ones but the vaults show you were never prepared to give this lad a chance.

And No , the vast majority of fans do have faith in him only the odd ones that don't know football and want to trash a young lads potential to be a very good long term player for us , they just want him to fail so they can justify their agenda.
