You guys all seem like people I'd really like to know.

The guy was a huge part of my childhood into adulthood. I've never said the man was perfect, but no one is. It was a bad mistake he made in Colorado. Whether it was actually consensual or not, it was an awful situation created by his doing.

I believe it was consensual and that girl had a lot of issues going on. What she went through during the trial and in discovery had to be horrendous with all of her business and character flaws being laid out in front of the world as well.

I didn't really look up to anyone and the athletes I did, I met and they were just rude and terrible to everyone. And that's the reputation they've earned locally. I actually didn't want to meet them because of this but a family friend was like you might as well because it'll be your only chance.

Kobe was bigger than all of them to me, from 8 to 28 he provided someone to look up to and distractions in good and bad times. It's just me being a human. Maybe you're different, but you're not better or anything because you didn't live your life the same way.... anyways

Did Kobe touch you mate?

Again, we have a thread on FILTERED WATER.

Isn't there an Evian forum somewhere? :)

I actually meant if a person loves something so much more that can make you stop supporting Everton, then looking on here isn't the best option. Keep to sites where there are more people that agree with you than not.

Or of course they don't have to be such a baby and take peoples opinions as just that, opinions.

Oh the yank, I thought you were just dissing anyone that discusses basketball in the basketball thread.

Nothing it all merely pointing out the myriad of threads accepted by The Ale House.

However, must add, I get my tap water from the fells so filtered water tastes like trash.

Oh ok then.

Because I love water. I've drank it for years.

And if you were going to disrespect the drink that means so much to me I was going to stop supporting Everton and become a Dusseldorf fan instead.

I just love that damn liquid so much.

Thirsty boy out

Catch me up? Heard rumours of the Capela trade.

12 player, 4 teams. Capela to Hawks, Covington to Rockets, Denver also involved to swap kids and clear cap space. A few picks thrown in.

The Wolves agreed to terms with the Atlanta Hawks, Houston Rockets and Denver Nuggets on a trade that will send Robert Covington and Jordan Bell from Minnesota to Houston; Clint Capela from Houston to Atlanta; Malik Beasley, Juancho Hernangomez and Jarred Vanderbilt from Denver and Evan Turner from Atlanta to the Wolves and Shabazz Napier, Noah Vonleh and Keita Bates-Diop from Minnesota to Denver, league sources told The Athletic.

The Wolves will get Brooklyn’s lottery-protected first-round pick in 2020 from Atlanta, which also gets Nene from the Rockets. Denver also added Gerald Green and a first-round pick from Houston.

Wolves get: Malik Beasley, J Hernangomez, J Vanderbilt, E Turner, a pick
Rockets get: Covington, J Bell
Hawks get: Capela, Nene's dead contract
Nuggets get: Shabazz Napier, Noah Vonleh, K Bates Diop, Gerald Green's contract, a pick
