‘Aim for the little fella in the distance’ was never going to be a successful tactic but I can’t see him scoring much even with more players supporting him. He’s just not good enough at this level.

He is never going to be scoring 20 a season but he is probably better than getting 1 goal and never getting a sniff of another too.

8-10 goals is about right for him going off his past record, he doesn't look remotely like hitting that here though currently. Like in most cases the problem is more us (as in the club) than the player.

I look at the last game, McNeil put in a superb grass cutter cross just on the 6 yard, where was Maupay walking in the pen area hardly trying to get on the cross ?

This is the thing that gets me. I accept that he's the wrong type of forward for how we play, that's not his fault, that's 100% on Thelwell. However, jogging about when we're in the final third, no movement in the penalty area and just a general "can't be arsed" vibe is his fault and is why he is rightly criticised on this forum.

Thank you for welcome. I'm not a Burnley or Everton fan. I am a Sean Dyche partisan, I support all his teams because I'm a firm believer in his tactics and knowledge.

We had a fan quite similar who joined because he loved Rafael Benitez. Had Benitez wallpaper, bedding, full waiter suit and Benny glasses.

He was a massive whopper who fortunately got binned off.

I've a feeling though that we won't have any issues if your a Dyche fan, though you will have to have some kind of allegiance to Everton whilst Dyche is manager for foreseeable.

Be prepared to be bored!!! (Not because of Dyche btw, just because we are massively crap in general)
