This player is the worst player I have seen play for Everton, because he has scored a goal his thread gets popped up.
Next when Tom Davies gets an assist for Sheffield United his thread will pop up, these players are dreadful end off
You're obviously young and didn't see the dross we had late 90s, early 2000s. Oh man

But the sentiment of your post is spot on, how he is considered a footballer, is beyond me.
I'm better than he is...

on a roll. surely brentford would buy him ? win win !

Hopefully. Lad clearly always had some skill but that was only a small portion of his game and the all round averageness never cut it for us as the lead in a weak attack.

Fingers crossed we get some cash back. Together with some other duds then that could generate a little kitty for a bit of strengthening

We purchased him because he could score goals. He couldn’t score goals for us, so we sold him. He scoring goals for the club that bought him.
The problem is apparently us.
I dont think there its apparently us.... Everton have definitely been the problem. No joined up thinking or transfer strategy for years. We need years of consistent professional ownership and management to move out of the never ending doom loop.

We buy players then don't play to their strengths and then shoehorn them into other roles usually that they are unsuited too expecting them to "Do a job" then when they are rubbish we wonder why.

Player with good technical ability performs better in team with better technical ability.

I am shocked to the core.
There's a lot to like about Brentford and I really like Frank but they aren't technical at all! They play effective percentage football and make the most out of some mostly pretty average players.

He's not under any pressure at Brentford, he crapped his pants here and couldn't handle it.
That's what I reckon.

He's done well at Brentford (zero pressure) and fairly well at Brighton (again, little pressure)

Comes into a notoriously difficult club with fans who have far higher expectations (even if that's deranged in itself) and he couldn't cope.

Everton is a hard place for a player to settle unless they're on fire from the off.
