Without any shadow of a doubt it will be a magnificent destination in itself to go to if done right. That location could be utilised all year round. Can you imagine any events held in summer there? Will be glorious and look fantastic whilst doing it and promote the good name of Everton all the more. It'll be lovely down there if the waters kept and it's turned into bars and restaurants and it'll take us closer to the city centre. The Everton Quayside.
Big fountain in the middle. It'll be lovely down there if the waters kept and it's turned into bars and restaurants and it'll take us closer to the city centre. The Everton Quayside.
Post of the DayIn honour of DBB it will be renamed Full Nelson Dock.
Think there already is a cruise terminal in Liverpool.
One where they can start the cruise and finish? No.
Not interested unless the dock is filled with plastic Swan pedalos. It'll be lovely down there if the waters kept and it's turned into bars and restaurants and it'll take us closer to the city centre. The Everton Quayside.
Surely it should be full Nelson heaD(l)ockUFC Octagon for settling GOT Aggro.
The Arena will be built.
Gladiators!! Are you ready??
Peel, or someone else, will be developing it at some point anyway, so best to get control of it to at least have some say.Sorry if already posted but if TFG do buy Nelson’s dock and develop it won’t that ruin the riverside location ?
I thought part of the charm of the new stadium is that fact it’s close to the water and has views of the city
This, as posted by @jerseytoffee, is from Peel's planning application. It's the closest idea we currently have as to what kind of thing we might be looking at:Sorry if already posted but if TFG do buy Nelson’s dock and develop it won’t that ruin the riverside location ?
