El Riviera del Everton
No one is redeveloping the river mate
It will be better than the sewage treatment place the other side of the stadium.Sorry if already posted but if TFG do buy Nelson’s dock and develop it won’t that ruin the riverside location ?
I thought part of the charm of the new stadium is that fact it’s close to the water and has views of the city
Wonder why the club didn't buy Nelson dock rather than Bramley Moore dock to build the stadium on. Maybe not big enough but if it was at least there be water on both the north and south ends with room for future expansion rather than having one side stuck up against the sewage plantIt will be better than the sewage treatment place the other side of the stadium.

It’s this for me.Not interested unless the dock is filled with plastic Swan pedalos.
Just one goal Beto, give it to me...With a bit of imagination you could build waterways through to the Albert dock with gondoliers singing just one cornetto.
Is the club also allowed to cheat like Chelsea did and build hotels and other stuff in the name of one company, then sell them to another Friedkin-owned group so that we can take the piss out of the financial rules? Or is that specifically reserved for Chelsea, United getting made up allowances to avoid PSR breaches and City allowed to do as they please for a decade and a half?

They will no doubt "close these loopholes" to stop unfair accounting practices.
The magazine?Yeah you're Hotel has to be in Mayfair not by Liverpool Station.
BMD is a bigger site (you wouldn't have the Fan Plaza area with Nelson). Also the canal/boat route cuts in more at Nelson Dock than BMD further limiting its footprint.Wonder why the club didn't buy Nelson dock rather than Bramley Moore dock to build the stadium on.
