Nelson Dock


It will be better than the sewage treatment place the other side of the stadium.
Wonder why the club didn't buy Nelson dock rather than Bramley Moore dock to build the stadium on. Maybe not big enough but if it was at least there be water on both the north and south ends with room for future expansion rather than having one side stuck up against the sewage plant

Is the club also allowed to cheat like Chelsea did and build hotels and other stuff in the name of one company, then sell them to another Friedkin-owned group so that we can take the piss out of the financial rules? Or is that specifically reserved for Chelsea, United getting made up allowances to avoid PSR breaches and City allowed to do as they please for a decade and a half?

They will no doubt "close these loopholes" to stop unfair accounting practices.

BMD is a bigger site (you wouldn't have the Fan Plaza area with Nelson). Also the canal/boat route cuts in more at Nelson Dock than BMD further limiting its footprint.
