Mate. It’s okay to say you were wrong, it really is.I was on about the major cruises to the Caribbean etc. Southampton are causing a fuss over any other region being able to host them. We have the space, ability and history for them.
Don't know why you're being counter productive on this, I want what's best for the city.
Mate. It’s okay to say you were wrong, it really is.
They aren’t building a second ferry terminal right next to the existing ferry terminal.
It is isn't it? If I can remember rightly, wasnt the queen victoria docked up last year?Haha mate, it's not a major cruise terminal. Yet again I ask why can't Liverpool have one? You're happy being a second tier city?

It’s not happening, Bub.
There are plans to invest in the existing terminal. You’re not getting another one right next to it.
Go and have a read about it.

Yikes, I’d forgotten why I had you on ignore.Big Allen here doesn't think Liverpool are capable of being a major port for cruises. If you book one from the north west you have to get a flight train or coach to Southampton to get one. None of these jarg ones.
You have Steve Rotherham syndrome pal.

You made a mistake, and you’re struggling with that. You can do that on your own, I have a Friday night to enjoy. All the best.

Probably not about Liverpool being capable or not but moreso major cruise liners I guess see Southampton logistically and economically better for themselvesBig Allen here doesn't think Liverpool are capable of being a major port for cruises. It's a major port.If you want to go on a major cruise, you have to travel to Southampton. Liverpool doesn't offer that service.
“Uncle Bill’s Wet Wild ‘n’ Wacky Water Fun Park @ Nelson Dock” has a nice ring to itTotally agree. Someone mentioned something like a floating structure (struggling for the exact words) earlier this week. But getting rid of the water would be a big mistake imo.
