I was on about the major cruises to the Caribbean etc. Southampton are causing a fuss over any other region being able to host them. We have the space, ability and history for them.

There are plans to invest in the existing terminal. You’re not getting another one right next to it.

If you want to go on a major cruise, you have to travel to Southampton. Liverpool doesn't offer that service.

Probably not about Liverpool being capable or not but moreso major cruise liners I guess see Southampton logistically and economically better for themselves

Totally agree. Someone mentioned something like a floating structure (struggling for the exact words) earlier this week. But getting rid of the water would be a big mistake imo.
