We need to come together as a fan base because it’s important Everton move forward now.
It doesn’t matter if you like him or not as some of the comments calling him this and that are quite frankly disgusting, immature and embarrassing.
I’m sorry but the mods should be calling some of the idiotic comments out!

We become stronger as a unit if we stick together.
It’s going to take a while to ween out the weak and we all know we have far too many poor players.
Need to give him a chance as the list of managers up for the job was realistically not great.

Soft arse

30% not prepared to give him a chance.

Incredible number given a ball hasn’t been kicked yet.

He hasn’t got a prayer.

70% willing to give him a chance and the match going fans will be even more mellow than those on social media.

Stand down Kev - they'll be no mutiny today.

As Sharp said... a man and his dog.

Willing to politely give him a chance is no indicator of actually wanting the badly shaved bollock-faced Paellardyce slug infesting the top job in the first place

Everton fans are just too nice sometimes.

People won over by him blowing a whistle in training in an EFC cap lol

Rafasaurus selling James should be the wake up call but it will probably take a few games: if you thought last season’s footy was dull, wait till you see us this season.
Wasn't it rumoured james wanted out before we even knew Carlo was going

Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of offensive comments like fat, rat, pig etc. I also think that his appointment is a shameful page in Everton history.

What does "Give him a chance" mean? There is no choice. I want Everton to win every match and he's the manager. Everton fc is bigger than any manager ot player.

I'm not sure how many people share my opinion, but If you want a real poll, make it :
Do you want Rafael to be sacked before the 1st game? Yes/No

I support Everton. I want Everton to win. I might not like him but I'm not going to bite off my nose to spite my face. Otherwise we're all just as bad as the half-arsed players who never turn up for matches (who everyone loves to criticise), bit hypocritical really don't you think?

…I don’t understand the thread.

My view is that he shouldn’t have been appointed. Regardless of how he does, that will remain my view. Whether people ‘give him a chance‘ or not doesn’t really matter. I want us to do well but don’t really understand the phrase ‘give him a chance’.
Becuase Everton have a lot of rubbish fans who are counting the days until he is gone, it's a reflection of how small time an eliment of "supporters" are, pathetic really.
We shouldn't even be having this debate, 100% backing he should have.

I get the we shouldn't of gone for him but well we did, that cant be changed.
