Said loads of times mate I've no clue.

Also have every sympathy with the millionaires trying to find other millionaires to come and do a job for millions.

I think they will have tried for elite/title winners - Conte types - there's not many of them available or indeed, willing.

After that, I'd sooner we were brave and went more wildcard than someone who has done 'meh'. Koeman, Silva, Allardyce, Martinez... and now Nuno Santo.

Would of course love nothing more than to quote myself in a year or so and look like a right tit - but I just can't blag it that he's a good appointment. I just see nothing in him. I was made up when he was about to sign for Palace until they give him the bum's rush.
Insisting on bringing in his own backroom staff and them wanting to keep club favourites (where else does that happen) is hardly the bums rush. Been reading a couple of Wolves forums, some interesting reading.

You know what I'm going on about. You posting that thread every day as if is some irrefutable proof that NES plays terrible football. Stop crying.

I think you’re about to enter a world of pain when you see us play football next season unfortunately. I admire your blind optimism though, I wish I had it.

Nuno’s Wolves did not play good football.

I'm optimistic, yes. Is it blind? Absolutely not. Plenty of evidence to point to where Wolves played very entertaining football. Last season was an outlier for the majority of teams in the league and for very obvious reasons so it's really not rational to base judgements solely on that.

He'd be Crystal Palace manager now if they agreed to pay for his entourage.

Suggests to me this bloke wasn't even our preferred candidate.

As I said earlier - I hope any contract we offer is a short one.

Well then we’ll see that entertaining football at Everton then won’t we, thankfully.

...won’t we?

mate until BK fs off out the club I won’t agree! I feel for our fans you know we’ve gone through so much kak and and it’s just the same year in year out

For me it's just apathy now. We've rarely threatened to do anything in the 30 years I've been on this planet so it's just been easier to expect nothing. It's not healthy to invest much emotion in this club.

I don't think Nuno is going to transform the club but I don't think he can get us to finish higher than 10th so at least that'd be improvement.

When you say hopefully, are you suggesting that he might deviate from his usual entertaining brand of free flowing counter attacking football at Everton?
Depends very much on the personnel available to him. But if he gets us winning football matches and progressing thus season I, and many others, won't be overly bothered about style.

I don't think there's a manager in this planet that could get the current squad of slugs playing any entertaining style.

I mean fair enough I don't think he's anyone's first choice but I really don't think it's bad as people make out, If he didn't finish 7th back to back then I'd be worried but he's done better than we have recently.

We are a really average club and NES is our level.

I see. I hope we sign lots and lots of his players then.
