The opinions of someone who wants the club to stay at a ground they've never been to and bin off BMD
As an American who goes to stadiums resembling BMD frequently I really just think you guys are overestimating how much it'll do for us.

City, Spurs, Arsenal, Wham and Newcastle all have the same stadium. There is one Goodison. I just think that means more than some corporate suites and a few concerts in the summer.

Howard Kendall only had two seasons as manager and hadn't worked in the top division before he came to us so let's give Big Dunc his chance. He's had a year to learn from Carlo and he knows the club and squad inside out. He's not afraid of making big decisions and there would be some form of continuity rather than starting from scratch again.
Football has evolved now.

Nottingham Forest came up ahd won the league, then two European cups.

When did a team last get promoted, then win the league? Qualify for Champions League?

Duncan can be kept around the club, but never, ever as manager.

It's a good pint. I am sure there are other coaches out there who can rebuild. I would look at Germany that seems to be where the forward thinking coaches are working...

I just see them as riskier than Potter.
Plus if they do well they will go to Bayern!
Potter took a scandinavian team from fourth division to Europa league knock out stages.
He's well versed in education and dealing with people.

He's got Brighton doing ok.

Its held us back, we've needed a new ground for the best part of 2 decades

Obviously the answer is Leicester but that is probably an unrepeatable outlier

The odd friendly and swanning around watching games isn’t it for me. He’s obviously great at what he does just personally think he’s been out of the club game too long.

Plus he eats his own bogeys.

Beckenbauer was in international management for a long time and still won the League his first season back in club football

I don't think it's anywhere near as difficult to transition back as others seem to
