I think the fact Jim White has confirmed it’s happening is the big indicator, him and Moshiri are best mates. Unless it’s to deter fans for other potential appointments can’t see why he’d just make it up when he could just ask him point blank and get a yes or no answer really.

This due to the Waiters RS connections?

Personally don't see it being anything different to when Ablett, Beardsley, and Sheedy went from Red to Blue.

But if you mean him as a manager... different ball game.

Players and managers are slightly different. A player can change fans opinions very easily. As a manager takes time to achieve anything they will come under pressure as soon as they lose a game or two. Sheedy and Ablett were non entities at Liverpool really and Beardsley won us over by being pure class.

By the same token Rodgers would be more palatable to Benitez because he does not have the same link with the RS. He was there for a couple of years and done most of his good work elsewhere. He hasn't had any crap plays made about him etc either.

Hit the ale mate? Don't blame you.

Talksport also said Nuno Santo was all but done the other day.

Not saying I don't believe it will happen - just wondering if this is as sure thing as people think.
I don’t drink mate. But can’t blame you for thinking so.
Naturally, as Evertonians we see all negative news as true abs all positive news as untrue, not happening.

Unfortunately there is more negative than positive most of the time
