Ironic everyone acting like a kopite in reaction to Benitez.

100th time it's not just who he managed or what he said although that is hard for many to swallow, it's yet another short term appointment. And what's more it's totally divisive he will have no leeway it will be counter productive from the start when we all know we need a big squad rebuild and it will take time. First few losses and we are back here again. It doesn't smack of clear thinking it's another "name", a sticking plaster for a long term issue it's a sign of a deeper problem at the club. Rafael used to be a top manager he isn't anymore he is yesterdays man and not what we need and what's more he is a toxic appointment.

Nobody would follow a manager like Benitez the way people do Messi, Ronaldo and weirdly Gylfi Sigurdsson so I’ve concluded they’re either RS or a Newcastle fan

OK so don't understand all these adverse comments re Benitez appointment if it turns out that way do you really think that someone who has invested millions if pounds into this football club really cares about comments on a fans forum. What are you all going to do.Turn up at first home game if season and continually boi the manager What sort of positive effect do you think that would have on the players. You were all conned by the previous manager who according to the majority if people on this site was to be the best thing since sliced bread. Fir the sake of your football club give whichever person is appointed the chance to succeed.
