If it's true that we have interviewed Benitez 3 times then obviously the hierarchy were impressed with him, so, if the club think he is the right man for the job but they know the animosity (you would like to think that they must have realised the grief it was going to cause even speaking to him) that will be coming their way by his appointment do they ignore fan feeling and go with their decision that he's the right man?

TBH mate there are people who use the depression thread as a source of help and comfort. A new Everton manager does not even compare to what some people are going or have gone through. Football is nothing but irrelevant.

He's already had 3 meetings with them, I wonder if this will be him signing the contract.

Do you really believe the Everton owner takes any notice if comments like that. If you do you are living in cuckoo land and furthermore if you are going to boo one if the Everton appointments at a game it says nothing at all about you as an individual who is supposed to support his club

If he doesn't he is a fool. Supporters do make a huge difference to a club look at the last 15 months to see what a soulless game it is without them

Why? It’s been 2 weeks and for all we know the Nuno and Benitez imminent stories could be made up, both said we are about to offer a contract not that we have. Also not 1 has said about the contract the years or the wages
