He's generally seen as cold and aloof with his players.
Materazzi said he was 'a weak man'.
Think Koeman lockergate.

His tactics are dull.
He's widely seen as unlikeable and he doesn't even win games.

I still don't believe he's even being interviewed.
To be fair, he passes the Moshiri MOT Test

Big name, lots of honours, available on a free after a disastrous last job….

Meanwhile Leicester, Villa, Leeds, West Ham, even Brighton, quietly and effectively planning and building their squads for next season.
It is stark that the basket cases like us Arsenal and Spurs who couldn’t plan a trip to the shops are trickling down the table with these neo rich clubs quietly moving above them

Some fans on twitter seem desperate for Rafael I just don't get it. It's like they are desperate for the chaos because it would be. As has been said he is negative football wise, has a big ego, is on the wane, is a short term appointment the only box he ticks is name and cv and his cv is mostly with clubs at different levels to where we are now and with more funds. The idea is toxic that our board are trying to ram it down our throats makes me question them!
Nobody knows mate. Not a peep from the club . Relax.

FSW? Me neither. Whether thats a comfort blanket, or just that this circus has been dead weird for weeks, I dont know.

There has not been a peep from the club. There have been loads of "informed" journos tweeting all sorts for days, and nothing has happened.
