Welcome back to Everton Football Club Mr. Sexy Marco Silva!

He'd be far better this time. He'd have both Doucoure and Richarlison to keep him company. Only need Craig Cathcart for the Holy Trinity.

This is in theory true, but I just can't see Brands based on previous quotes just deciding he wants Ancelotti and then James and Allan. Maybe I'm wrong but I do think it is worth questioning in this case.

Ancelotti hadn't heard of Ben Godfrey.
Doucoure we wanted long before Ancelotti.

Sure, every manager will input (Allan/Rodriguez), especially if that manager has a relationship with a player (Silva/Richarlison) but no player or manager comes in without Brands saying yes.

'Emergency board meeting' makes it sound like it's some high-powered affair.

It's basically Bill and the rest of the dunces without any type of long term plan, stumbling from crisis to crisis going 'yeh he'll do, we can deffo gazump Palace'.

God help us.
They should ask themselves, would we want Nuno if he was still the wolves boss. Again it’s a easy fix. An out of work manager.

Would love the club to have some balls and come out and say "the names in the press are not currently under consideration"....

Reality is, they probably are and Nuno will 100% be interviewed unless its tied up with Palace.

Forgive me for playing devil's advocate - but wasn't Nuno a highly respected manager until he had a blip this season?

I remember serious chat about Totteringham being in for him

It may be competitive mate but its a farmer league.

Managing River Plate is childs play compared to a club like Everton competing against some of the biggest and wealthiest clubs in world footb

coming from river to everton would be easier on gallardos pressure, RIVER unlike everton is demanded to WIN everithing.. second place is failure to river plate fans... on everton... well not so much.
you really need to watch more football outside EPL or even europe, atm top brazilian teams or said river are miles.... miles ahead of everton , heck if you could put em (riverplate) on the EPL i would bet my house they could get better results than everton...
