To be quite honest with you mate I take more aim at the board for appointing him. I'm not sure what it would realistically take to win me over, whatever it is I can't envisage right now in any case.

He won't win me over. I'll never like him, or warm to him. Hope for Everton's sake he succesful though, because in the end, I support the club, not the manager.
