Based on the informative but BS updates from the Red Echo and the news that we are looking at 40 managers but also have a shortlist of 7, and that we are looking at managers with no premiere league experience, there is absolutely no change to my top 5 choices today.

The vast number of disparate managers we are being linked with seems a reflection of the fact that we seem clueless and without any identity! any of them might 'fit' at Everton as we dont have a style for them to fit into. Frightening!!

Not sure Gomes has ever pinged anything. His two modes are nervously underhit, or absolutely leather it out the ground.

He pinged in two lovely crosses for goals earlier in the season.

Never once tried it again for some reason.
