All Im saying is last time Conte took over a Premier league club that finished 10th. They were champions the following season.

Conte and Ferguson evil eyeing players would be the best thing to happen at Goodison Park.

All wishful thinking like. Moshiri probably did phone and Conte answered with a massive burp and put the phone down.
that club was Chelsea though and although they were tenth at the time, that squad was still filled with talent to work with and title-winning players. nothing like us at the moment

Ability wise conte is by far the best of the picks, but pointless getting him in celebrating such a big appointment only for him to have a meltdown and quit or leave when a better offer comes. Leaving us in the same situation as we was in before.

as shown below 9 clubs managed in 15 years. Most of which he’s thrown a mardy and walked out.

2006Arezzo
2007Arezzo
2007–2009Bari
2009–2010Atalanta
2010–2011Siena
2011–2014Juventus
2014–2016Italy
2016–2018Chelsea
2019–2021Inter Milan

Conte gets angry at every single club he’s at. If he made it past the transfer window it would be great for one season but I couldn’t see him not losing it at Everton fairly quickly

Whats the alternative though? Some hipster like Silva or a 8th place trophy specialist?

We need a top manager mate otherwise we are just treading water.

Take heart my long suffering friend, and be thankful your work colleagues are too stupid and have not made connection between the name 'Tom' and a species of our feathered friends, as that would be a bit of a git.
So, thank the Lord for small mercies in this instance.

Praise the lord Vin Diesel indeed my furry brethren.
I may resemlble a half-arsed skunk when I can't be bothered shaving the dome but by Statham are my Mr Burns' gloriously thick.
It ain't our fault we were blessed with excessive testosterone.

@Mrtallywacker can we have a psalm please?

Interesting that Conte still hasn't agreed to Spurs job.

I wonder if Moshiri has contacted him.
Yeah the conversation went something like this
Moshiri - Antonio we would love you at Everton . How much I's Daniel offering you?
Antonio - £6 million per season.
Moshiri - we could go to £12 million and you get the chance to work with Big Dunc.
Antonio - no thanks.

Moyes will probably keep us in the premier league, but nothing more than that (in terms of winning stuff). Nuno will get us relegated. Eddie Howe is this generations Alan Curbishley. Big Dunc = Big Risk (unproven and nothing to suggest he would be a success). Benitez, worth a punt. Conte, should have gone for him but he was probably already as good as at Spurs. The others; never heard of them. Having said that, do you take a punt on an unknown, who might win you something/get you relegated or go for the 'safe' option, who will keep you up with e

I ain’t settling for 7th why should we?

I ain’t having my expectations for what this club should be cut in half by him and Blue Bill again.

Its happened once and it’s created a lot of zombie fans who don’t believe in NSNO but it could be worse we could be Pompey attitude.

He comes back it’s curtains for this club ever being a force in football again

I was being kind about 7th..we are not going to finish higher than 11th. We have a poor squad.

All the teams that finished above us this season, will do it again next season, then you can add villa to that...that puts us 11th. We have so many players that people do not want...it is going to take us a couple of years to get people of the books.

We’ve had the manager of one of the top international teams in Martinez.
We’ve had the current manager of Barcelona and now the current manager of Real Madrid all within the last few years and we’re still gash.

We need a manager who wants to be here for 5 years and build a team with us. I cannot stand the word ‘project’ but we deffo need a style of play and an identity.

Can you sort me out the lottery numbers too please
