Still baffled why ppl are thinking about Duncan it’s insane,
Was watching toffeetv and they where saying he a deep thinker about football and like to learn about it, watches all the matches from all over Europe. An I was like okay then they said He took us out for dinner last year. O okay that’s why your saying nice things
To be fair he has received plenty of praise for his coaching abilities and deep understanding of the game over the years including from Kendall. He also revealed good tactical awareness during his short stint.
I’d be happy if we chose him.
I would certainly prefer him to some non-descript failure like Santos.

I listened and he never said anything like that.
@MrGrumpy it was on Twitter, someone who I presume prenno knows. Was sticking up for bill and he said it’s Martinez he wants back as he thinks he has unfinished business. ( to send us down I suppose)
And prenno agreed and made out it wasn’t bill on the board who wants moyes back

Apparently Dunc rejected Madrid so he could manage us. If Bill and Farhad are still emotional about Carlo jilting them he might get the job. Keep in mind this comes from rags like the S*n.

Dunc's probably been promised the job in four years or when Carlo was supposed to depart.

He's definitely learning from the mistakes of our previous managers.

I wouldn't be against appointing him.

I cant wait for Gallardo to eventually move out of his comfort zone of the farmer leagues just to see the little midget flounder up against managers that are actually qualified and not part time sparks so all the footie hipsters can stop mentioning him everytime we are looking for a manager lol

Its like a heavyweight boxer bragging about his impressive record of fighting in the lightweight division.

Based on what?

I was pretty uninspired in the three games he was in charge and has been within the coaching since Roberto.

Im not saying he’s the problem, he’s definitely not the answer though.

Thought he said Bill didn’t want Moyes or Martinez but he said Bill doesn’t want Moyes or Howe

He was linked for the job before Ancelotti got it and turned down Barca not long back as well.

Do you not like South American football(ers) or something ?

Does anyone think the the Board consider what the supporters would think about bringing back say Martinez or Moyes? Surely they must appreciate such an appointment would be seen largely by the Goodson faithful as a backward step and therefore negative? I wouldn’t bring back either.

The fact that no story has come out yet about the club sounding out Conte and either being rejected or continuing talks proves the press knows nothing because that's something that definitely has either happened or is happening.

No disrespect to Duncan but this cannot be serious. There is no way Madrid would offer him a position

I'm with you . I knew very little about him until this week and by the looks of it , he's a little madman and I would be very interested to see how he would do in Europe .
If he doesn't manager here , I'll be keeping an eye on him wherever he goes .
I thought Biesla would be out of his league and a few of us were wrong there in the end .
