He has to get another win from somewhere, soon.

I'm sure TFG are backing him, and respect his work under difficult circumstances, but he has to get results which means wins.

They will do what needs to be done, when they feel they have to do it. As they have done at Roma. They didn't shrink from that there, and they won't here, either.

He will be out within the next 5 game cycle if things continue to the same trajectory, and the issue with that is the transfer window will have come and gone.
They should back him or sack him. Bournemouth is a huge game. If he wins that, they need to back him in the window. If they don’t see him as part of the future, it would be crazy to spend money on “his” players for five months - or spend money on Thelwell’s players if Dyche won’t play them.

I think they have to act if he doesn’t win at Bournemouth. Anything else jeopardises the window - and that is critical to us staying up because these players are not good enough as they are.

If they really are satisfied with Dyche's performance this year and not making a move heading into the transfer window, I have extremely little faith they will actually improve the footballing side of things, as they will be making the exact same mistake that was made by previous management in waiting too long to sack both Benitez and Lampard. Seems like incredibly poor judgment.

That probably just don’t want to rattle the cage straight away.

Absolutely baffling this. Why would you spend hundreds of millions of pounds on an asset which is being run by a clown, and is very much going to lose half of its value in May when we are relegated? Madness.
Because we won’t get relegated. All this doom and gloom is embarrassing. Is Dyche a great
Manager, certainly not. But we know from the past he can keep us up. It’s better to head into the new stadium with a new manager, and a plan.

All this ‘doom and gloom’ would be ‘embarrassing’ if we were 9 points clear of trouble and everyone was still up in arms. We are 2 points clear, with a tough run in, and Dyche has also relegated teams before. It is absolutely not beyond any possibility that we go down this season. To be honest, the way we’ve been circling the drain for the last three years id say it’s a distinct possibility
