Agreed. In the short term his mole may well still be active so things like getting the line up 15 mins before it's officially released might still carry on but you would hope that inside knowledge of the events of the club are a thing of the past now.

For some reason he prefers to blame Dyche’s failings on the players (which is true to an extent) but that directly leads back to Thelwell who he’d rather see out of the door.

We probably can’t see two thirds of the job Thelwell does as the first team is only part of his remit, whereas we get to see everything Dyche has worked on weekly from team selections to tactics (yes, don’t laugh) and in game management.

More a reply to suggesting I wouldn’t know. At the moment it’s as we were in respect of Dyche with full support and that hasn’t changed since their arrival a few weeks back.

My take on it is that TFG may give Dyche until the summer, and look from there alongside the DoF role.

Agree, I know its frustrating for fans but I think its probably easier (cheaper) for the club to do all this in the summer window.
