They can’t force people into the job though can they or do you want them to just take anyone? They`ve been in around the club for months, at least as long as the regulatory process has been going on!

I’ve got to say mate, you said the other day you were a people / performance manager in your line of work, but I hope you don’t manage your direct or indirect reports with the same impatience you are affording TFG. You’d be sacking people after three weeks or so for not being able to do the job straight away!Perhaps I am pushing this a little too hard, but I do feel like we`ve been hoodwinked slightly by TFG and all their statements for them to come in and keep the status quo and no plans to change what is failing immediately, it`s not like they rocked up 2 weeks ago and just assessing the club, they`ve been in and around it for many many months...
I`m thoroughly disappointed that we thought we would get change but it is just a continuation of what failed before! I want this club to be better but everything points to be sold to the Glazers 2.0
This can’t be a serious post right? So far we know the plan is :-
Keep Dyche
Buy Dyche players
Doucoure, Mykolenko and Harrison starting most games (as has been the case under Dyche)
New signings stay on the bench
No youngsters being given a chance in the 1st team
And then there will be the expected drop off in results once it is official Dyche isn`t staying on...
Sorry but TFG have got this completely wrong, alot of the guys I know back a Goodison protest against Dyche.

Totally get why blues are despondent with it all and mainly the manager. Hardly an attractive watch right now or enjoyable experience, not to mention he is clearly not the future. However it’s about context right now. You have a certain pool of managers out of work, a certain pool of managers who would be interested in the job and a certain pool of managers who would be interested at the end of the season. What if the quality of manager desired is in a job and wouldn’t join until the summer? The likes of Moyes and co have made it clear they don’t want short term stints at the moment too. The initial belief was the level of manager desired was/is not available right now or it would have to be a short term appointment to get us to the end of the season, which is a road they ideally didn’t want to go down. So to back Dyche internally, get through the season unscathed and remaining a premier league club was the original thought process. Of course, things can change in football, if Everton go on and get thumped for a few games and drop into the relegation zone, alarm bells will be ringing I imagine. Dislike Dyche or not, that’s everyone’s prerogative, but sometimes it’s not as easy as sacking a manager mid season for various reasons. TFG have been in and around the club for a long time, yes the takeover concluded a few weeks back but they were around the club long before that, so they knew and know exactly what has been going on for a long time, not just a few weeks.
Time will tell... lets see where we are with this manager that TFG decided was a good idea to keep on.... my guess is he will go at some point but I hope it isn`t too late like his last relegation at Burnley which mirrors this season quite scarily. The manager then had too much to do and I hope TFG pull the plug before it is too late...
The only "stabilty" at Everton is bumbling along and essentially being pin up of how not to be a football club. Hoping myself once past this weekend there are major changes to put into action both pitch side just off the pitch into boardroom and everything else is looked at and assessed. Because if stability is just continum of what we are now. Time to be worried, very worried...Sorry mate but you were always going to be disappointed if on Day 1 you expected TFG to sack Dyche and Thelwell and replace them with Pep and Monchi and bring in Messi on a free.
Change will undoubtedly happen but it will be slow and measured.
What does surprise and slightly worry me however is that they haven't appointed a new CEO and that other senior positions are interim. With the months of gestation I'd have expected them to hit the ground running from an an admin , commercial and business footing.
The ceo they want probably doing their notice at whatever job they are currently atSorry mate but you were always going to be disappointed if on Day 1 you expected TFG to sack Dyche and Thelwell and replace them with Pep and Monchi and bring in Messi on a free.

Not sure if it's Dyche or Thewell is accredited to this mumbo jumbo but our football philosophy is "School of Science Dogs of War with a twist"...I see the Dyche apologists are made up, they get their wish for him to take us down...
Some people need to get their heads out of the sand, or they incapable of understanding adult conversation and just want to post immature insults because they have nothing.
I wish we didn`t have as many supporters as we do that want to do this club harm by happily keeping the status quo....
