Everton have undergone almost £1billion of restructuring since The Friedkin Group (TFG) completed its takeover at Goodison Park.

That is the view of finance expert Stefan Borson, who exclusively told Football Insider the new owners are likely to purchase the remaining shares to take full control of the Merseyside giants in the near future.
He didn’t say they’re likely to buy up the remaining shares. He said it’s something they could do. Subtle, but big difference! Especially if they’re going to stiff the shareholders by buying them for £150!!

tbf I don't think they scrambled to get Moyes. Usually we sack a manager, then spend 2 weeks dithering over 3 crap potential managers and then choose one having wasted 3 games.

They sacked Dyche, got on the blower to Moyes and we've only had interim manager/s for 1 fa cup game, so I'd say that's quite swift.

Is he the right choice currently? Time will tell. But I'll give them credit in making a) the decision to sack Dyche and b) deciding who they wanted to replace him within 24 hours and c) appointing him within 48 hours.

The way Moyes talked at the Villa pre-match conference, they sounded him out before talking to Dyche. That's the way it sounded to me or maybe that's due how he worded his response to the question; see below.

Think they spoke to Dyche and he said he couldn't take them any further. Dyche kept showing up after that to training till his payoff was settled on. So presume once it was decided between both parties, the club and Dyche they then approached Moyes. When talks initially went well they probably announced the Dyche sacking then.

Think Dyche lost motivation knowing he be gone in the Summer which filtered into the players and he jumped ship as soon as he was given the chance not wanting to risk being the manager to take Everton down and getting a pay off

They probably now realise if they hadn’t already, what an actual mess we are in and the damage done by a succession of dreadful managers and an embarrassing recruitment strategy.
