If the recent rumour about Paul Bar

Rumoured to have in the past turned down both the United and Liverpool job btw, daughter works for LFCs media department as well, missus is from here.

57 atm talked about retiring when his Brighton deal runs out in 2030, he's also their vice chairman - think they gave him that position when he knocked back the rs offer.

Only possibly reason he'd come is if TFG offered him something huge in terms of the project, and with the power to be the defacto CEO/Chairman and in total control of stuff. And he wants to leave a lasting legacy of turning a club of EFCs history around and bringing it back.

Given that TFG are very media adverse and a bit hands off in the running then he's the complete opposite so could see WHY he'd be at the very top of their list as he'd be the face and voice of the club if appointed.

Would be transformative btw, but feel it's way more what TFG want rather than what is realistically gettable as just don't see him leaving Brighton unless what I said above applies.

Any silly doubts about how serious TFG take this project though instantly disappear if they got him.

Blue bill was crucified for having transfer windows like this ! Why are these given such an easy ride , because one of them was in Dunkirk ? Great film admittedly but the point still stands
Mate we went 3 frigging without signing anyone under that Clobber head.

If no players have come through the door by Monday by all means come on here and give them loads.

Because as things stand, they had nothing to do with the financial mess we are in. If this continues through the summer then yes, questions will be asked.

I'd rather they spent some time assessing before going gung ho in the transfer market. Look where that has got us in the past. Slow and steady will do just fine. Totally different situation to Kenwright.

This the same Blue Bill who our fanbase actually started a website dedicated to how long it had been since the club had signed a first team player for cash? It went over 3 windows by the way, whilst Moyes was working miracles.

You think that’s the same as the current window and the absolute show the new owners have picked up?
