In fairness they are just a shoddy company, they do all the cricket stuff and they have had their own issues with them also.
Yep, they're crap but they're paying us £20m a year apparently (I assume their branding will be all over BMD). Nobody else is going to pay anywhere near that, so I don't think any number of badges falling off is likely to result in Damo's preferred outcome.

The branding will be falling off the stadium as soon as it rains knowing Castore
££££££££££££££££££££££££

That's all it is. The world's fifth best potato sack company could make our kits if they paid £21m to have the Dave's Spuds logo in the top left corner of the shirt and every third electronic ad on the banners around the pitch.

That’s the most important thing for the club , the money these deals bring in .
I think there is a certain amount of brand snobbery at play here , but as we have found out in the past , not only are we of minimal value to the top brands , they merely dish out off the peg designs to us , shared by many other clubs in their portfolio.
We need actual success on the pitch to tempt the likes of adidas to pay good money and provide bespoke designs.
Until we find that success , we will have to work with up and coming newcomers like Castore.

Isn't there a castore thread that would be more germane place to go on tirades, regarding their shoddy products?

There seemingly isn't a day on this forum, it's not making me rant and rave about something

Everton, Kenwright, loans and loan interest, Castore being rubbish etc

I'm hoping Friedkin Group act as a remedy to my excessively high blood pressure.

Castore aren't "up and comers". They are utter junk.

I was just adding to your point.
Oh yeah, I know. And it’s not just one restaurant…

3 million could be good or bad. If I had to chose between being the restaurant or the landlord, I’d chose the landlord. I do think its too simple to look at inflated stadium prices and the 3 million and think it’s a bad deal, when a lot of those inflated prices are directly related to the 3 million.

So are we at the moment.
The point is that a company attempting to grow will pay us more for the privilege of supplying us.
To the established big name companies we are of little interest .
Until that changes we will continue to deal with companies like Castore .

At the recent meeting I attended, the commercial team were very excited by the Aramark deal. Big upfront payment and good ongoing revenue.

Also this is Aramark’s first stadium deal in the UK, they have big plans to become a major force and”will throw money at it to succeed”.

This new stadium is changing our outlook, don’t underestimate the outcome.

Spurs also outsource their catering? And they recieve 50M on a 10 year contract from the interestingly named Levy Company. So using the previously shown calculation then over 23 games per season with a capacity of 62,000 that comes to about 3.50 per fan/game. adn about 217,000 quid per game

Of course If they are selling 1M per game than thats a different thing (direct revenue)
Food and Drink mark up is 300-400% wages are all zero hours so profit is high

Then here’s some advice, take a massively deep breath and step back cos all’s you’re doing is boring everyone’s heads off
