Read a story yesterday from Roma's sporting director Florent Ghisolfi, basically saying one of the first things the Freidkins did was reset the recruitment and coaching philosophy, the aim being that anyone can leave and not upset the apple cart.
Stuff we’ve heard before here that was never seemingly implemented given the changing managers, styles and recruitment that went with it.
Personally I hope they at least initially try to evolve what goes on behind the scenes at FF rather than tear it up and start again. I think the turmoil of the last 7 years or so, 3 DoF’s, etc has only contributed to the instability here, and another bout of wholesales changes surely can’t be helpful.

Gotta laugh at @IrishBlue2022 doing the middle finger at every single one of @Damo_1878 posts. Going to wear it out.

He (@IrishBlue2022) thinks it bothers me, I guess. 🤷‍♂️

He's clearly spending an inordinate amount of time finding my posts to then respond to them in this way. Also counting how many times i mention a certain thing in them. So he can play the ref on here. Takes alot of his time it seems.

Wasting his time, I might add. :coffee:

For the layman, I guess the question is, by the time TFG have received the "other" approvals for the takeover, will these court proceedings prevent the full formalities being completed?

Is some agreement between all the parties re the 777/ACap loan expected in tandem with everything else? By December/early January at the very latest?

I don't think there are frayed nerves about this litigation blocking a takeover just more the hidden complications implicit in court proceedings and how long a solution which is acceptable to all would take to emerge.

From reading all of the learned contributions here it seems that it will not be any issue.

They could delay it, but are unlikely to "prevent" them

It could mean TFG have to amend their offer, this costing more than is proposed currently

Yes the expectation was early January in tandem with everything else. It's adding a little uncertainty on timing plus resourcing TFG have to apply

Or maybe he finds it very annoying it that you hijack the thread by repeating the same things over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. There is an echo in here in here in here. ;)

No. He's doing it to any post on the forum in any thread.

Also I can't help it if people ask me questions and then I answer them. That's what a forum is.

But thanks anyway :bye:

A facebook memory keeps cropping up, little did I know how bad it was about to get.

The sooner this guy buys us the better

Paul Brown & The Esk continue to play silly buggers over on X. They literally can't help themselves, reporting on every little snag in this Leadenhall Case like it's potentially a disaster for the takeover..

Whether it actually is or not - I'm utterly convinced now that they like to get off on antagonising the fanbase.

Just read Brown's latest tweets - "Another twist", "What comes next will be even more interesting!". Tit.

It's not that, it's just his ego has taken a battering all year, and he's desperate for a win even if it's at the detriment to Everton.

Yeah it's as if they both want to be first to be right, if it falls through..

Yep that's the problem .

They seem to glory in the angst that reporting the minutiae of details and what could conceivably happen will cause Evertonians .

That's why people question whether they have the best interest of the club at heart .

Ok they called out how suspect the 777 deal was but my God even Stevie Wonder could see that .
