Precisely. Why I think it odd that you have some posters on here shooting the messenger when all they have said is really, ACAP have appealed

Oh yes. I know now. The "Look Forward" brigade think they can dictate what people read or say

No. Just no. Let's have the facts and reporting of the events.

I honestly don have a clue how this plays out or what's likely to happen in terms of outcome, happy to defer if others do.

I'm just following it as it relates to us and our future! ;)

I still think it's looking like January 2025 when TFG officially take over. It's possible TFG have to pay out more officially to ACAP or Leadenhall in escrow. Up front than the current offering

Dont want to go there - but would they have an exit clause - for something like this.............

I feel we are all guessing a bit and not sure how helpful that really is!

So the issue is in both the timing of all this and how long it will take, and the maximum liability TFG may have to assume in order to reach a settlement? Presumably at present they have agreed partial settlement with ACap.

I presume both their lawyers and accountants have gamed out the worst case scenario and still they were happy to conclude an agreement with Moshiri and issue a joint statement.

If they had not, it would be Moshiri levels of incompetence and if that was the case, none of us would want them here.

Not sure what all the hoo ha is here... Other than a select few arguably making mountains out of molehills for the massaging of their miniscule manly egos.

I would be fairly sure that a group like Friedkin would not have been naïve enough to have left this stone unturned.
They will have planned for best and worst case scenarios (best= haircut price and worst= sum with interest). Otherwise, I'm pretty certain they wouldn't have gone ahead.

Move on shall we.

I guess we move on @Neiler in January 2025, or thereabouts. When it actually has "moved on".

Not sure if it has been mentioned but I was listening to The Bobble the other night, he was saying Thelwell has opened talk with TFG over extending his contract which expires this season.
I think they will keep him in situ....based absolutely nothing other than his nose looking like a chipolata.

Dyche I think is walking a slightly tighter rope.

It would be prudent to retain Thelwell in the short term and get his input on a review of football operations. I think he has done sufficient to merit that.

The managers job will always be more fluid but it does not make sense to change both positions at the same time or in close proximity.

This means giving Thelwell a three year contract I imagine even though we all know the worth of those.

I do expect KT will be retained and that they will look to get to the end of the season with Dyche. I expect him to depart then, unless he out-performs in expectations between now and then.

I thought i was giving him the thumbs up everytime.

Clearly you have too much time on your hands

Not that I care.
