They only hired the current manager in mid September on a two year contract, Friedkin is getting lots of abuse from the Roma fans, wouldn’t be surprised if they look to offload them at some point.

Roma set to sack their manager tonight

Going to be Totti next.

As for us, would anyone be happy Ten Haag? His flaws are obvious yes, but still he's leaving with two trophies. I think in his next job, wherever it is, he'll do okay.

I don't want him btw, but I can just see the Friedkins doing something like that. Wanting a big name who has something on their CV they can point towards.

I like some of what he did at Utd, developing young players, rooting out bad ones and standing up to them, a trophy or two.

He never developed an identity there though, he really had no philosophey or style of play and we desperately need that and commit to it over the next three years as part of a rebuild.

To be honest, they seem to have lost control of the boat. 3 managers in 3 months. There's more than something that doesn't work.
Probably in hindsight they'd have kept De Rossi if they'd have known how much crap it would cause getting rid of him. But didn't he have a flare up in training with a player or 2 where a player was hit?

At that point (if true) you'd have to say it was the right decision by the Freidkins to sack him.

No wouldn't touch Ten Haag imo. Man Utd are a basket case of a club but he really should have been doing better in the league and was lucky to win the FA Cup considering they were an offside toe away from being knocked out by Coventry in the semi
