To what end? The deal still hasn't closed, there is still doubt about the resolution of the 777 debt.

He milked these idiots for 8 months without realizing they were putting the noose around his neck.

That's the undefinable at the moment - point being - it wasn't a choice of 777 happening - it was happening - but he got the better of the terms.

It was not an if, 777 was happening it was how.

You've completely lost me? He brought these people to the club. When it became obvious they were fraudsters, he continued to borrow money from them, to the point where it delayed the selling of the club (both during the time they were under contract and after), and has the potential to further delay it even to this day.

His end goal is to sell the club, not get the better of someone. He still hasn't sold the club.

The A-Cap deal was announced by various global media outlets having been agreed on 3rd October, as for completion everywhere you look it is 'they still haven't been approved by the EPL'

They haven't yet been approved by the EPL, but the court documents suggest that it's possible the deal with the 777 debt wasn't A-Caps to negotiate.

Friedkin Group did a deal with A-Cap on the 3rd October so that is not a problem, the hold up is the Premier League....surprise surprise there!
There is no hold up that i am aware of. There is no fixed time for approval. Can be anywhere from a month to 3 months or more. Could be tomorrow, could be sometime in November, could be December. Who knows. Just hope its sooner rather than later.

Well you referenced me saying Moshiri playing a blinder in negotiations with 777 around security that led to the TFG hair cut and presented it in a global context as it relates to the overall takeover. I'm clarifying my original point and what it related to and correcting the misrepresentation.
