Couple of things to take from this;

1) They don’t hesitate in firing a manager. Things often get worst before they get better so it’s not always a good sign.
2) Their judgement and process used in identifying new managers is clearly flawed. They need to sack the specialist advisors they use to hire key personnel before they take us over.

Absolutely. How Prentice has remained in situ is beyond comprehension.

Looking forward, BMD will have market leading digital enablement, will we have the correctly experienced staff to exploit this? Whoever it preparing the official videos/content for the stadium build are very talented and very well funded. It’s likely this is outsourced and being done as part of the build - whoever is doing it needs to be engaged full time from here on by the club more widely.

They seem the best possible option, but that they throw around with managers is the least thing we need atm. Even though getting rid of Dyche should be a question of hours.
