I had such high hopes for him though, when he first came through. Seemed to have everything you look for in a modern day striker. Pace, physicality, agression, explosive, finishing. Sadly turned out he was made out of glass.

I can’t answer for someone else’s opinion, and to be honest, there’s been nothing back to say that Vaughan wouldn’t have succeeded. Everyone he’s worked with seems to be impressed. There’s nothing that stands out as him being not up to the job. The club obviously want to make their own changes. Why don’t you try adding some facts to the conversation, instead of taking a swipe at people asking genuine questions?

Yes, I think there’s only one Tranmere? Are you dodging the point that he was a director? The league is immaterial. He came in to the academy, and was quickly promoted from there, at both Tranmere and Everton. You haven’t provided any facts yet as to why he was simply “jobs fit the boys”? I suspect you can’t.
