So the sewage treatment plant doesn't operate 24/7?

Do you not think that the powers that be would cut some kind of a deal around not operating around matchdays?

People worry a bit too much...

No I don't think it does operate 24/7, it may be classed as a nuisance under the EPA act 1990. I'd imagine there'd be some arrangement drafted up between both parties

I dont know why people are worried about that sewage plant, if anything that might of helped us get the land since Peel no its not as attractive to Chinese investors, no one is building swanky apartments there.

It's a valid concern. You'd want the stadium to be used as much as possible, for conferences etc, but nobody will want to hold any event at a venue that stinks of crap.

Doesn't stop people staying at the titanic hotel or going to sound city does it?

The scent in the area in the mainstay does not come from the sewage work yet instead it comes from the local storage of molasses.

I'm not saying it never ever releases an odour, but it is rarely an issue so I wouldn't be too concerned by it as stated previously.

Apparently so. They were given the brief to echo the shape of the roman Colosseum, hence the bowl shape. It doesn't follow that ours will be a bowl also.

The fella designing it has already stated hes a massive fan of Goodison and its design, he builds stadiums how the club want them, we will get a stadium we can be proud of, thats for damn sure.
