Quite a few docks have been fill in down the years but I bet it is the one thing the bitter kopites will pick up on and cry about, they can knock old ladies houses down but we cant fill in a dock that no one really cares about.

They'll have a template planning application objection letter on rawk within days the bitter beauts.
