Yeah, but the work was required to improve links to any development of the dock area, regardless of investor and is also likely linked to Liverpool 2 and 'stacking' (@nsno-chris can tell you more about that than me). All I'm saying is, people shouldn't see this and put 2+2 and get imminent stadium announcement. These works are not due to or dependant upon anything Everton have done.

Agreed, won't be anything to do with the stadium. Roads round there are shocking and have needed improvement for years. If it was directly related to the stadium (assuming we are getting one), I'd have thought it would be done after the main heavy building work was completed.
Anyway, by the time we have a new stadium roads will be obsolete lol.

No I wouldnt say so, after all most of the noise has been getting made by the Echo and fans who think they are ITK. Too quite is good, we want it to be quite, thats how professionals do things, Kirkby was all out in the open and that amateur hour from day one, this seems to be going on behind the scenes, just how it should be, just like the Moshiri deal which was total silent until it was ready to be unleashed on the world.

65000 Ibrox style stadium,4 different stands close to the pitch as possibly allowed and huge screens in the corners with a brick facade on the exterior of all the stands.

It would be boss and the best stadium in the UK by far
