Nah, the local rivalry isn't in their DNA and they wouldn't care enough to spend the money. Not after building that new stand.

Don't normally post in the Everton Forum these days, this just happened to come up during my daily perusal of The Papers

What I've gathered today is that no one on here knows anything whatsoever about a new stadium. Literally no one knows a thing about a "done deal" on a site location, land size, price, when an announcement will be made etc etc etc.

It's all just pure speculation, which is fine because we like to dicuss these speculations but that's all it is, speculation, hear say and rumours.

People need to stop taking what people say on here who claim to "have contacts" or supposedly "ITK" as gospel. Unless the contact is Moshiri himself then there's no point. Let's just be patient and wait for an OFFICIAL announcement of some sort made by the Club itself.

No matter what happens, I just hope that "Nil Satis Nisi Optimum" is behind every thought process and every decision made behind this new stadium. Our motto is our standard.

Now ... who's going to send Dan Meis some pics of Dortmunds stadium asking for a boss Everton version on the famous Liverpool waterfront?

...I think I'd prefer a few pics of Moshiri at Bramley Moore Docks today. That would be good.

That's a rigged question, you've included the Mersey in your second pic, but didn't show the wonderful River Alt running through the first. Shame on you, I just hope Moshiri isn't taken in by this blatant gerrymandering..........

To be fair it's going to take longer than that to roll Joe Anderson up in a carpet and let Farhad's boys go to town on him with some bats, before dropping him off in the Alt amongst the shopping trolleys for suggesting the site in the first place!

I'll be disappointed in these modern times if the GOT covert observation operators are not providing full motion video and a decent attempt at full audio using either directional antennas/microphones or laser technology.
