American Dan Meis in the city with Moshiri set to view potential sites on Friday

Everton major investor Farhad Moshiri
A leading sports architect working with Everton has fuelled speculation over progress on a new Blues stadium.

And it comes amid reports that majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri will visit two potential sites in Liverpool on Friday.

Dan Meis, founder of Meis Architechts, posted a picture of the Liver Buildings to his Instagram account earlier this evening with the message: “Moody sky of #Liverpool.”





Moshiri appears set to visit a site at Stonebridge Cross in Croxteth and one at the Bramley Moore Dock on the waterfront as his plans to provide Everton with a new stadium step up.

Where is all the talk of health issues coming from?

If there were serious public health concerns how has Bramley Moore been used for commercial purposes in recent times?

& Salfords new Stadium on land owned by Peel is also right next to a sewage works(ship canal between), and a sewage works that is being made a lot bigger, there is also a retail park on the other side of it as well. Maybe we'll develop the sewage works as well to harness the methane to power the stadium, it'd have the kopites cackin' in bags if they thought that we were about to profit from their ablutions.
