Yes I suspect the models would be part of an initial pitch made by the architects to win the contract.

Indeed.
We should be used to false dawns by now but I'm genuinely optimistic this time. Too much has happened for this to bs, plus we have a chairman who seems to mean business.
The cretinous kopites are genuinely worried. They start a conversation about how great Klopp is and how wonderful they are, then it's straight on to dem bitters and their impossible dream. It's wonderful to hear.

That should be the name of the new stadium -- Hang The Kopites One By One On the Banks Of The Royal Blue Mersey Stadium. A bit wordy, I know, but that in lights at night would be a sight to see.

I was only joking Doc - I don't think anyone will knock you for being cautious if that is your thing - after all we have been let down a bit before haven't we.

I'm just opting to take the more optimistic approach for now - I do think its looking more likely now than ever before - time will tell.

The planning submission is not complete yet, hence it not having been received by the Council. Dan Meis confirmed by tweet that we were not that advanced in the process. The planning submission will be a significant piece of work. By way of reference search for Chelsea's submission to Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

I think the fact that we very publicly visited the site with the whole board present is very significant and would not have happened without agreements in place.

I do expect an announcement prior to the AGM given the obvious financial implications for the club and shareholders
