New Everton Stadium

Surely it is the docks now?

I think the club are using Stonebridge Cross as a bargaining tool with Peel.

With Liverpool restricted to how much they can expand Anfield, this could be our chance to really get a grip on the city.

Make the prices right and with some success on the pitch, I don't see why we wouldn't fill it.

Hope you are right about Stone bridge cross

The way I look at it is this, from the very inception of the idea of us moving to the docks we have had a few people on here who had info straight away (@Jacko93, @The Esk). Nobody seemed to have any relevant info on Stonebridge Cross.
Joe Anderson was pictured at a meeting with Bill and Farhad and then continued to allude to the dock site with his not so cryptic tweets.
Bill and Farhad were obviously happy to be photographed with Joe and for it to be released.
As time has progressed, the Everton delegation has now been photographed at BMD (Farhad and Joe having a cuddle). This was clearly set up for the benefit of the media.
No photographs or confirmation of a visit to Stonebridge Cross have yet emerged (or are likely to in my opinion)
Sound City event has now moved from BMD to Clarence Dock for 2017 having been at BMD for previous years.
Everything is pointing to the dock site, nothing has emerged to the contrary. Farhad will be under no illusions as to how important this is for us. He doesnt appear to be the type to settle for second best from what I can see.
Dan Meis appears to have been the chosen architect, which again alludes to Farhad not being happy with second best as some of his work is amazing.
He does seem to be buying into the Nil Satis Nisi Optimum ethos. Things just take time.

The more I read about Dan Meis and his work the more excited I am about what he could deliver. He really is at the forefront of stadium design and each of his stadium designs are so individual as he takes a great deal of consideration into the topography of the landscape. The heritage aspect of Everton football club and its standing in the game coupled with the waterfront location that has been paramount in the development of the city, makes his potential design mouthwatering. He is also able to deliver stadia within budgets and in the case of the new LA Rams stadium $400 million dollars under budget of other potential designs.

Well said Laura, that makes absolute sense to me.

He seems flaky to me. Too many tweets for a professional with his responsibilities.
