New Everton Stadium

Yes this is a must. If it's 50k have plans (and hopefully planning permission) for at least another 10k.

No more Park End bullsh-t. That's why I was asking if the Park End couldn't be made two tiers now...can't believe they didn't plan for it.
Also if we don't we will end up like RS paying over £100m for extra 13k seats to upgrade 1 stand

Anyone else not looking forward to this,
Not about the move,
About all the inevitable mud slinging that's going to take place between blues,
I read the reports about Kirkby at the time and attended the enquiry when Elstone was giving evidence.
The bitterness and [Poor language removed] stirring caused by the spin (Lies) by the club and local media was unbelievable.
It will all be 100 times worse now with the likes of social media.

It'll be fine this time, providing of course that it's not just a fairy story........

All this talk of a new 50,000 seat stadium fills me with dread. Everton Football Club, in considering its future as one of the foremost clubs in Great Britain, should be talking about a new stadium of double that size. Even now, Goodison sells out for most games. As soon as the tickets go on sale, all that is left is restricted view seats. If 50,000 fans is the limit of the owners' ambitions, I would rather wait until more success and confidence comes our way.

LOL?

'It is expected that TV revenues and lucrative stadium naming rights will help towards financing the project, which could cost in the region of £200m.'

That's a coincidence - £30M a year more and then this 'new stadium scheme' comes along to soak it all up.
