In all honesty, given a few months of boredom, I could do a concept design of the north docks. Architecture is about how the building affects the environment, an 'Iconic' building defines the area around it, not sticks out like a sore thumb. It seems what that fella has done for the stadium is just make a bowl out of kinetic sand and dried it out.

I don't like anything of any of that. Concepts have to have some place in the realistic, with at least a slight nod to build possibility.

Looking back at the video ad the reference to high rises to be erected the fact that in this image is a football stadium and comment is made on that fact. It seems to that it is now almost a given that Everton's new stadium will be on the waterfront!!
