Dan Meis was in town to be told the news. Moshiri, being a credible man, flew in last night to tell him instead of Bill's method of doing it over the phone. Funding cancelled for the Docks but Stonebridge is ON. Moshiri won't have to put as much money down for the site and LCC will be paying for around 77% of the stadium.

The parts of BMD that were removed from availability around 5 months ago are now available to let again. Not encouraging.
If we took out a purchase option subject to pp in Aug as some have suggested I suppose it's possible they could lease it out short term while we were raising finance etc but finding tenants who would be agreeable to potential upheaval would not be easy.
A more likely explanation unfortunately would seem to be that negotiations with EFC have broken down so they've put it back on the market. Hope I'm wrong.
