New Everton Stadium

I'm not responsible for the club's PR I wish I was.

AGM will be confirmed for early January.
You flip flop all over the place mate, BM confirmed in August, you said, accounts before the end of Nov, AGM early Dec, now you have plucked this AGM Jan 2107 Ground start 2018 crap out of the sky?

Didn't want to believe it mate but you are full of it, really peeed off with the nonsense you have been putting out as a ITK, the Moshiri is a fraud stuff is looking more and more likely with every day that passes, hope I am wrong
Absolutely gutted :(

It's possible but that would represent an unusually short industrial lease. There are 3 units so possibly 3 tenants all paying legal fees, moving costs etc and agreeing to break clauses to be enacted within 1-2 years?
For when exactly would the break clauses be inserted as we simply don't know if and when EFC would acquire financing, pp etc?
The more I think about it the more difficult what you're suggesting seems. There is at least one encouraging thing though. 5 months ago these units were for sale. Now it's just to let.
Having thought about it, it might be more to do with claiming deductions in business rates rather than actually getting tenants in. If it's like Ireland (many of these things work on the same basis), companies can claim back 50% of business rates if the property is vacant but 'available to lease'. The money is small in the overall scheme of things, but Jimmy in accounts will get a pat on the back for organising it.

Or else negotiations have broken down between Peel and Everton.

But If things had broken down then surely the units would once again be for sale and not lease

I agree with the everything up until Moshiri.

That said you chuck a few dates about one will land right. Here's hoping it is the docks but that will have little bearing on ITK guesswork

Wasn't aware of the potential for a reduction in rates. If accurate it would provide a motivation for a sham offer of letting but then they'd have to reject every potential lessee.
Likewise if it's a negotiation tactic to force Moshiri's hand.
Only one way to find out. One of us have to make an offer.

don't forget the done deals with mata and witsel :(,stopped taking notice after that!

We are going to BM. We will not be putting a spade I the ground before 2018 at the earliest so why would there not be short flexible leases in the meantime?
I haven't seen any official information as to whether we are going to BM or Stone Cross, so, with the greatest respect to you, I will remain sceptical until the club confirms that we are actually going to move, and where to.

Ok, lets look at this logically for a moment....

Moshiri himself has said a key requirement for success is to increase revenue. The only way to increase revenue is to expand Goodison, or build a new stadium. We are not expanding Goodison - not after spending dosh tarting the place up. There is no room to expand Goodison for more seats and corporate boxes/retail etc. Therefore, the logical conclusion is that we have to move.

The stadium will happen, of that I have no doubt. Moshiri will publicly be a total failure if he didn't deliver - he's not going to let that happen now is he? Why are people expecting that an announcement would have been made by now? We're mere months into the Moshiri era - yes the transfer window was a complete balls up, but that won't happen again either. We have an architect who is making regular visits to the city. It is happening, patience!

Maybe we are letting them out having bought them?

Your logic is not necessarily the logic of Moshiri !
