There is no indication of anything concrete at the minute and the last concrete data on this that it's still on (due to the infamous visit to BMD).
A lot of people posting stuff indicating its on or off but until someone or something official from the club says something else then no one can say its off or on.
Until sich date lets discuss what we do know rather then proclaiming (its off/on cause my aunties friends dig minder told him/her said so) ?

The deal for BM was agreed on 18 August subject to planning permission.
Accounts were due before the end of November and I originally suggested 22/23 November for the AGM. Both those dates slipped. Three weeks ago Elstone said that the accounts were due in 3 weeks - the accounts were at the printers a week ago. The AGM will be announced very shortly and will be in the first couple of weeks in January. I can't be precise but I know we were looking for suitable dates and location in very early January.
Re ground start, talk to anyone with planning knowledge and it's totally unrealistic to expect a start within 12 months of an announcement - hence my comments earlier.
The information I receive is given and accepted in good faith. As I've said before if you want absolute certainty you'll have to wait for the OS announcement or tweet.

This is a public forum where participants are encouraged to discuss relevant topics to EFC. If you only wish to engage when there's been an official announcement on a subject that's your choice.
This position would, of course, mean you couldn't engage in discussion of a potential transfer for example until confirmation by the club. If you really do practice what you preach your contributions to this forum must be limited in number.

Didn't want to believe it mate but you are full of it, really peeed off with the nonsense you have been putting out as a ITK, the Moshiri is a fraud stuff is looking more and more likely with every day that passes, hope I am wrong

There is about as much ITK info coming out of Everton on this as there was on Moshiri coming and the summer signings, basically none.
I would listen to info from people not connected with Everton, such as people with contacts at Peel, but Everton themselves are water tight

Didn't he say that we agreed a deal with Peel for the land at BMD in mid August, not that it would be announced then? Another poster on here who seems to know a fair bit also backed up that claim. Both were discussing BMD on here way before that specific location was mentioned in the media, and at the same time, the Echo was still putting out that Clarence Graving Dock was the location until late August I believe, until Joe Anderson replied to a tweet about BMD.
The Esk maybe sometimes gives the impression things are further along than they are, given the Mata and Witsel stuff, which I admit I found disappointing myself but he blatantly has contacts at the club and i'd sooner believe what he says (with some caution) than a load of hysterical people on here who know nothing.
If there is any more news, it will come out during the AGM.
