Would another club possibly redo it, or is it Everton or noone?
Whoever bought it would almost certainly demolish it.

Right. The land will just be sold, and demolished, or could someone use the stadium?
lol no mate...I was referring to the stadium opponents, not youI don't get it. Am I the tree hugger here?
I meant the people most affected. Just let us have our new stadium now, no one cares about you lot.
Thanks Kithnou and Kiwi. So the hope would be that Goodison is not mortgaged and it's sale would contribute to the building of the new stadium. The notes from the club around previous ground moves suggest that would be the case.
The area of interest for me would be the extent to which Goodison is mortgaged and how that impacts on a ground move to WHP.
I would think/hope it would help to raise some funds....can't for the life of me see where we are going to raise much more unless we use Sky money, which means no money for transfers without selling first again? I don't think we can/will do that once again surely? Thanks Kithnou and Kiwi. So the hope would be that Goodison is not mortgaged and it's sale would contribute to the building of the new stadium.
Or perhaps rather that we could see a proposed land trade with the council with GP being traded to the council in exchange for getting the other bigger slice of land free of charge. Who knows reallyThanks Kithnou and Kiwi. So the hope would be that Goodison is not mortgaged and it's sale would contribute to the building of the new stadium.

How are we going to fund the stadium? Or at least a deposit for a loan to fund it?Always thought this. We have to have a team fit for a stadium not a Stadium for a team. If it means saving up Our transfer budgets to fund it that's stupid.
I would imagine a mixture of the proceeds from Goodison, loans from the banks, investors from the other parties and a set amount of TV money every year e.g. =>10million over 10years would fund the stadiumHow are we going to fund the stadium? Or at least a deposit for a loan to fund it?
a £200-300,000,000 stadium? how we going to pay back all those banks and investors?I would imagine a mixture of the proceeds from Goodison, loans from the banks, investors from the other parties and a set amount of TV money every year e.g. =>10million over 10years would fund the stadium
Well for starters the Liverpool Mutual Homes wouldn't get the green space land without a partnership with us so I'd suspect that we won't be paying them back anything but instead they'll invest in our stadium for the community benefits it provides as well as getting them the land.a £200-300,000,000 stadium? how w e going to pa back all those banks and investors?
