The whole bridge is being replace, which does support your theory, but then again - the road couldn't just drop onto the floor.

This is true but there have been other bridges along Derby Road that went to the docks, such as Canada Dock station and to my knowledge those ones were totally landscaped. Its dosent actually mean anything specific but least theyhave kept that option open, dont forget that line if they ever could use it could help the city a lot, even for things like the Grand National.

I was referring to the summer when we ended up with a negative net spend. We haven't signed anyone yet this window either.
